讲述的是一位大楼管理员被曾经的同伴利用他读取残存记忆的能力去寻找一位已经失踪了的钢琴师的故事。野村万斋饰演的是有读取记忆能力的主人公，宫迫博之就是饰演男主人公的曾经的伙伴。
Tillie, a floundering young woman and her charismatic, alcoholic father, struggle to resolve their fractured relationship in the weirdest possible way: after he dies, his ghost appears in mirrors to haunt everyone in the family but Tillie. Tillie’s family must do everything they can to make Tillie see her father or else they will be plagued by this ghost forever.
After amusements working in a restaurant, Charlie uses his lunch break to go roller skating. Mr. Stout makes advances toward the unwilling Edna (whose father and Mrs. Stout had earlier carried on in the restaurant). After a roller skate ballet, Charlie (now as Sir Cecil Seltzer) is invited to a party at Edna's. All the "couples", including a new partner for Mr. Stout. show up.
